Our pre-historic Bass has finally succumbed to old age (that's the instrument, not Rose!).

If you have a decent instrument (eg. Yamaha YBB-321 or similar) at a reasonable price, please get in touch.

Aycliffe and Brancepeth Band is a brass band for players of all ages and abilities who want to play in a friendly atmosphere. We’re very much a community band and enjoy entertaining audiences with our mix of traditional and popular music – and the odd bad joke!

We are grateful to the Committee and Management Team at The Big Club, Aycliffe for allowing us practice there and for providing storage facilities.

Practices:  Wednesday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.  Sunday from 6pm to 8pm
